Cons

A rapidly scaling start-up building infrastructure as we go isn't the environment for everyone - creating order, laying foundations and building for the future requires great agility.

- unlimited resources. I've had virtually a blank check to pursue my work activities - My team has industry experts who are eager to mentor - incredible company culture rallying around the mission to eliminate cigarettes - everyone knows someone (or is someone) that was negatively effected by cigarettes

Cons

- incredible growth means increasing responsibilities. I work well beyond my original scope of employment

* Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with * Using the latest and greatest technologies * Essentially getting paid to learn from your peers * Managers really care about what you say and take your input seriously * Support career changes * Healthy lunches * Snacks * Kombucha on tap * The company is going through hyper growth right now, and only making more and more money. * Bonuses are great
