How often do you get to be a part of a company disrupting an experience thousands of years old that's negatively impacted the health of millions of people. We love our amazing technology but it's the passion of the people to do something impactful that makes it a fun, challenging and exciting place to work. There are always new hills to climb and places to improve, but probably the smartest and most dedicated group I've ever worked with. Never dealt with more variety of engineering projects in one job.
Cons
High growth is hard to manage, especially in San Francisco. Finding space to expand is hard, finding great people takes a long time and "vaping" gets a bad rap. If you can roll with changes and be nimble, there are 40 million smokers out there looking to improve their health...
