Steep learning curve, access to a lot of hardworking and smart people . Very collaborative office vibe.

The early success clearly went to the leaderships heads and they gambled the company away in pursuit of “hypergrowth” , not much different from a Robin Hood trader betting his college fund on Tesla calls to 10X his money only to end up back at McDonalds. Many rounds of layoffs followed, except for the top managers, who presumably fly business class and stay in fancy hotels.
