The people are great, the company culture is welcoming and inclusive, and there is real work to be done, so there's never a dull moment.

Cons

The hiring process took much longer than I thought it would, even though I made myself readily available. I met with one person at a time, for a total of 5 interviews. The process from first contact to hire took one month.

There is so much room for career growth and so many hands on learning and development opportunities throughout the organization. E-commerce is such a new industry, we are all learning vassals as we navigate the marketplace. Juvo+ has taken the lead as a 3PSeller and it is truly a joy to be apart of the team.

Cons

Increase cross departmental communications. Being new to the remote environment, it would be beneficial to all employees if we communicated more frequently.
