Pros

Very friendly team who works very well together in a knit tight company. You learn a lot and experience being a buyer at a different level. you get your health and dental coverage after just 3 months. And the quarterly incentives give you something to reach for. I would recommend this company to anyone who is serious about a online retail career.

Cons

Lots of changes in the beginning but most start up companies are this way. Changes are only made to increase company goals. Also, I would not recommend this position for someone who does not like numbers, spreadsheets or some cold calling.

-free coffee -free snacks -fun group of people

Cons

-HIGHLY inexperienced leadership(upper-management). -no vision for the company. -high-turn overs - witnessed over 8 terminations and 5 resignations, here's the kicker they weren't sales positions. Ex. An employee was hired for a position only to have it revoked the following day - highly unorganized and unprofessional. -underpaid throughout all levels. -zero training. -company is completely ran under fear. -there is no growth. -has over heard many individuals planning to leave because the company is a joke.
