Pros

The people. The key players of the company work extremely hard and genuinely love their work. The company makes it a priority to show employee's appreciation and does its best to balance the demands of the business with an enjoyable environment. The company is filled with hardworking, hilarious people, wonderful to spend the majority of your time with and not an easy combination to find.

Cons

Nothing is a con when upper management is resolute. They love feedback!

Pros

- Company provides coffee and tea. - Company provides snacks and/or breakfast. - Some great co-workers. - Casual dress code is daily. - You may bring dogs to the admin. office (not warehouse), as long as you have control over the pets, and able to perform your duty at the same time. - Occasional activities such as company potlucks, lunches, Halloween dress up contest, happy hours and Christmas party are throughout the year.

Cons

- Witness three new temps were hired since the expansion, but also three regular employees resigned in one department within a quarter (included myself). For those who are not the buyers and administrative office positions, the person more likely to be kicked out or to be transferred out much faster. - You must well prepare yourself to do the job right after hired. Training is limited in time frame and "fun" fast pace environment. - Some employees were resigned the posts because fear of firing if sales goal and quota not meet.....Hint and warning that your failure may leave a bad remark or to let go. As a new startup firm, there are also some confusion, mis-management occurred, no SOP or a standardize job description. Be flexible, be detail oriented, be a quick learner, be smart, be creative, be funny, be proactive are the keywords to stay survival there.....! - Management shall not make empty promises that cannot deliver. Better to be honest than flattered about things, and adversely changed the terms after employee(s) was/were transferred to the new post(s)....! - Past four months seemed a roller coaster ride and as illusion.

Pros

Well established company with great management. This is a good place to work for if you're looking to learn more about the world of e-commerce and business. Great for those who want a career. Room for growth and a friendly environment. Facility is pretty cool too and well maintained. Company is headed in a good direction as far as growth and opportunity.

Cons

Gets very busy around peak seasons and you'll need to be very detailed oriented. Can be quiet sometimes like a study hall (not necessarily a bad thing).
