- Fun and casual culture with BBQ lunch - Friendly co-workers with respect and understand. - Complimentary coffee, snacks, and fruit! - Fast growth start-up company with strong potential and opportunities to work cross functionally. - Opportunities to learn and develop new skills. - Responsive management team willing to listen and take actions.

Cons

Similar with all start-up companies, although the company is growing fast and has a strong potential, it is still in the process of optimizing its business model to support the fast growth. But that's why there will be new opportunities and challenges everyday.

Pros

- Great co-workers - Room for growth - I was promoted within 3 months of my start date - Direct contact with management - makes requests, expenses, and decision making a breeze - I have learned an immense amount of information about eComm and doing business on eBay and Amazon. - the office is well maintained and the office manager keeps fruit and other great snacks so your day goes much smoother.

Cons

As with all start ups the biggest growing pain is keeping up with the growth. However, the CEO and Director of Operations keep close to every department for the best communication and support possible. I am able to reach the CEO at any point even when he is traveling on the other side of the world (literally), no matter the time.

-free snacks and coffee -flexible schedule

Cons

-was offered a cold calling position -The office is dead silent that no one communicates with each other which also contributes to people being unfriendly -They fire people constantly -the pay is so low you cant afford to live off of it -no culture -no training or guidance
