Unorganized Start up

Pros

- Snacks provided every day - Some coworkers were nice and helpful - Office itself was nice - Lots of parking

Cons

- Management team was unorganized and did not provide any structure or training - Main manager was condiscending - Fired people without warning - Pay is equal to level entry position, even if work is not - More quiet than a library. No one spoke to each other.

- Politics - PTO - Free parking - Free water and cheap coffee - Free snacks

Cons

If you have ever worked in a real business environment this is not the job you want. Senior Management has never worked a real job and has no business skills. Juvo+ is not a good business model and will not look good on a resume once you get your walking papers, stay away from the company.

Pros

Snacks handy everyday. Casual environment. Company outings, parties, celebrations. A few friendly people.

Cons

The company has plenty of growing up to do, as with all start ups. They do not inspire or motivate employees, rather your job is on the line at all times. One mistake can get you terminated. Employees work out of fear of losing their job. It is too quiet. They promote an "open and honest" environment but it tends to be the opposite. The rate of pay does not match the type of work the company expects. They expect top dollar work for such low rates.
