Pros

Flexible hours, you can choose to take off at five or six.

Cons

Not much innovation in terms of work. Pretty much you stare at the excel sheet all day and there isn't much growth.

the manager is very friendly and she is welcome the all the people. Intern can learn a lot

It should be more systematic. structuring is needed. The job is kind of boring and the daily work is data entry and check the invoice.

-Excellent place to begin your career, regardless of experience -Casual atmosphere and dress code -Management is available, responsive and open to suggestions from their employees -Company is growing fast and growth potential is unlimited! -We are a team and work hard to support each other -Benefits are amazing! -Work/Life balance is emphasized -Hard work is rewarded -Flexible work hours -We work hard but we also have fun

Cons

-Jobs are like shoes, some fit and some do not. People need to give themselves enough time to see if Juvo is the fit for them. Those who leave after a week are not qualified to judge management or a "lack of culture". -As a young and fast growing company, we are striving to be better than we were yesterday. We are revamping our processes to make them more productive, cost efficient, and profitable.
