- Some of the peers were great to work with - Team Lunches - Free Food/Coffee - Holiday Parties, Potlucks - Tight Knit Friendships Outside of Work - Benefits were given when promised -Never stand around bored/always work to do -PTO was paid out
Cons
-Management was beyond inexperienced. Although they might have a textbook knowledge of how to run a business they do not apply it and do not focus on what they need to. I was condemned for not answering a couple emails, when upper management's global operations were close to closing the Amazon account for bad shipments. (Just an example) -Too much sexual tension. Managers had constant sexual drama that got out in a matter of hours. Certain buyers were also involved in this drama, making it hard to trust any seniority/senior management. Constant bickering between certain employees and management were not discreet at all and others were blamed. -Misogynistic and privileged attitudes. I cannot stress how misogynistic both CEOs are. - Newer CEO talked in circles and meetings were longer than they needed to be. -No sense of planning or structure, as well as job security.
