Pros

Company has a strong core, build to last with the potential to grow exponentially. Company is always open to new ideas and will reward hard work. Easily move up due to expansion and increasing scale. Casual work environment, focused mainly on getting work done.

Cons

Company is still in it's beginning stages and is growing so fast it is difficult to blame the company or management for any issues that may arise.

Pros

Loads of opportunities to move up and fast in this startup. Incredible growth potential. Great bonus incentives. Good work is rewarded. Work environment is friendly and supportive. Everyone is working together to meet a common goal. Conflicts are dealt with swiftly and diplomatically. Relatively frequent company outings help keep things loose and less stressful.

Cons

Hours can be hectic during peak seasons. The warehouse is hot during the summer time!

Pros

Really friendly atmosphere, really enjoyed my summer there. Very interactive staff, friendly competition, even got a day where our dogs were allowed to come into the office.

Cons

Although the environment was nice, the Buyer's job was based off their sales so it would get really awkward when someone would get fired.
