Pros

Juvo fosters a fun, collaborative and supportive environment. There is constant support in continuing education or growth within the company. Juvo has a creative way of allowing their employees to expand their skill set. We work hard and play hard.

Cons

I wish more people would come into the office as it enhances the work-life experience as well as personal connection!

Pros

Move fast, open minded, great local team culture, energetic team and excellent benefits programs, nice people with service mentality that I really gain lifelong friendship during my tenure in Juvo+.

Cons

Lack of culture integration within China 3 offices also with US HQ, cross functional/regional communications need to be improved.

Great work/life balance Friendly co-workers Flexible working schedule I really get along with my boss and they are willing to always listen to new ideas, and give me the space to execute on those ideas

Things tend to shift really fast, and sometimes hard to keep up, and things can get easily derailed Leadership can be demanding without rationale
