Pros

Co-workers, Work Hours, PTO and benefits

Cons

Upper Management keeps changing things with no clear answers and direction. There was never clear communication and sometimes you're left in the dark. The managers and leads try their best but I feel that higher ups keeps changing their mind on what they want and everyone else is always left scrambling.

Pros

Juvo offers great benefits. You get at least 3 weeks PTO, Full medical insurance including vision and dental and life insurance. Depending on who you work with, you can find some great people working there. The location is great as it is next to some great place to eat for lunch or after work and Juvo supplies the office with plenty of snacks and drinks.

Cons

Juvo struggles with communication and disorganization. From higher ups not knowing what they want to telling the managers to try this or that, then managers playing telephone and communicating the wrong information to the actual working team, it can be disastrous. There were times where miscommunication became costly and frustrating when no one knew what was going on. Within a three month time period, the managers had switched everyday workflows four times and it became very stressful to work there. It became disorganized and confusing as we didn't know what was priority to work on and what wasn't. We never got straight answers from managers and the office moral became low as we all worked hard to get things done only for them to switch the agenda and have us drop what we were doing and work on something completely different. There was so many different projects to work on that many projects got lost in the mix and never got done. Managers often don't listen to other workers on suggestions we make. I have been part of meetings where people make suggestions and are immediately shut down for no reason other than the manager not wanting to listen. Although the point the worker was trying to make was to improve workflow, many times their ideas were shut down and we went with managers ideas. When asked about who came up with the strategy, the manager would often promote themselves over their team and take much of the credit. It is a competitive atmosphere but it doesn't need to be.
