Pros

Great comprehensive benefits package. Good amount of PTO. Great Co-workers.

Cons

Management could use a change of leadership. Management tends to favor some employees over others. No empathy towards their employees. No present employee training programs in place. Lots of micromanaging. No comprehensive or competitive pay wage options. Low retention rate for obvious reasons. Too many "Mandatory" meetings that could've been an email.

Pros

HR tries really hard to make it a good place to work and for the most part, the people there were all nice. Flexible hours as long as you got your work done. The office location was also great.

Cons

The job specifications changed while I was there although I was hired under very different expectations and this was quite a shock. I also had a rather negative experience with how management dealt with this and it became an extremely hostile work environment. I did not feel backed up but rather like I was set up to fail.
