      Pros

      I have been with KAI Partners for almost five years. I love this company. The owner took a chance on me and in my opinion I think it paid off (for both of us). I have always felt inspired and encouraged to thrive with this company. I have been with the company through many changes, including the incredible growth that we have experienced over the last year. This company offers advancement opportunities and always has open lines of communication, always wanting to hear new and innovative ideas. This is a company that values its employees and strives for company wide engagement, involvement and career development. I enjoy the people that I work with and feel fortunate that I truly look forward to going to work everyday!

      Do not pay for holidays.

      Pros

      -Leadership is right there with you delivering everyday. The founders work so hard alongside their team and it is humbling to see. -Green pastures for those willing to embrace it and do the work. -Super-smart and willing colleagues to learn and grow with.

      Cons

      -If you aren't used to a start-up mentality, you could struggle. -Each contributors attitude, contributions, and professionalism are all highlighted in a small firm.
