Professional work environment – Teams are generally collaborative, supportive, and respectful, regardless of employment status. Opportunities for skill development – The role provides exposure to various company systems, tools, and finance processes, including SAP.
Cons
As an external employee, job security is limited, as continued employment is contingent upon the duration and renewal of the contract, which may not always be guaranteed. Additionally, certain benefits available to regular employees may not be extended to external staff.
