* Micro management middle level managers * Unnecessary trackers and follow ups * Aged back mentality managers * Seniors words are highly recognised even when they are wrong * Sometimes they even scrutinise personal matters and that’s none of their business. * Many years of experience within the same process or within Kone that makes their hands higher. * Very slow growth and promotions. * Many hierarchies are followed. * Bonus are paid out yearly. It can be made for Half yearly to make it even better. * Candidates are already fixed before the job posting email itself.
