Thank you for highlighting some of the positives of working at KVC. However it is not acceptable to us that leadership makes decisions without employee input or that there could even be a perception of this. Our team members' opinions matter. This is a key metric on our Q12 employee survey which we conduct every 6 months. Please bring this up in your next State of the Team action planning meeting as we need your perspective and ideas to get better in this area. Thank you for your work as a pediatric nurse!

We appreciate that you shared several positive aspects of working at KVC. We also take seriously your concerns around management and safety. These are important topics that we are working through every day. For example, we provide monthly manager training, conduct a Q12 employee survey twice a year, and ask every employee to participate in a State of the Team action planning session. We are also laser focused on safety. That said, we agree there is room for improvement so we will double down on these efforts. Thank you for your service as a pediatric nurse!
