Pros
- For the most part they have very caring doctors, who respect case management. - If the supervisor likes you getting time off & flexibility with hours (for appointments, etc) is no problem. - Benefits are ok. -Salary is ok
Cons
-Upper management is all over the place with ways to save the company & out of touch, causing for mistakes to be made. Example: They thought they could do without the advice nurses at the regional office and fired them all. Only to come back 3 months later to say what a horrible mistake. They then had to hire all new people for all those advice nurse positions. -Middle management is a joke. They have no clue and sadly don't want one. They only care about making themselves look good at the cost of their staff. They can only get these positions if they are drones and feed their staff whatever they are instructed to. - They are constently justifying adding more work based on hysterics or someone else not wanting to do it by saying just be glad you have job. -Contracts not made with educated thought processes. -Middle management can be very retaliatory if you don't agree or ask too many questions. -Execs & top-mid range management got their bonuses for the great year the staff were praised for being responsible for, but staff was told we would not be getting bonuses or raises. Some staff were told the likely hood was poor, and then the time for bonuses & raises came & went with not even an acknowledgement.
