Pros

It's great to work with the students, and depending on your overall career trajectory that's great skill building.

Cons

VERY, very, very huge and corporate. I feel teachers are grossly underpaid relative to what the product (us) is being sold for.

Cons

The pay was nowhere near enough for the work. Additionally their portals were very confusing and made it frustrating to work.
