Pros

The people you were in the trenches with were some of the best. It was a family culture up to about early 2018.

Cons

Right around the time when one of the founders left and the Professional Services organization was created, the dark days began. Clandestine nepotism and cronyism, treating employees with incredible disrespect, etc. The sell out began and there was no turning back.
