Pros
They were just acquired by a company with money and executive leadership who should be able to take them from ok to good.
Cons
Constant turnover--people leaving on their own, and being asked to go. Put most company resources into one client. While some people like the CEO I was not a fan, and to be honest I wasn't at all inspired to work under someone with his character type (aloof and unprofessional often). Burnout from peers and others in other departments. Sometimes a contentious and uncomfortable work environment which has hopefully changed with the departure of the former SVP of Sales and Customer Success.
