Communication problems everywhere

You'll get a crash course on Azure DevOps.

Cons

I got in trouble for asking questions. Their repository system sucks and can not only revert your code but your backups as well. Everyone is using something different for code repositories. So when you go for help you'll get a different opinion every time only to hear from a manager that when you go from different tools things breakdown. This is the first place I've been told to not use Google!

We continue to add ways of communicating and utilize collaboration tools such as Executive leadership roundtables, lunch and learns, All Hands meetings and Town Halls to connect our employees across Karsun. In addition, we have many ways to share concerns, including contacting your HR partner, program leader or a member of the Karsun Executive team. We encourage you to take advantage of one of these options so that we may resolve any concerns.

Employee are just head count and driven by govt funding

Employees work hard and are diligent

Cons

They laid off people FULL time and cut the contract as soon as the GSA funding went short, no severns also a very micro managing company.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We regret you are no longer a member of our team. If a contract ends, we strive to keep every employee active and engaged with either internal projects through our Innovation Center and / or move them onto another client project when possible. Unfortunately, even as Karsun receives funding for new contracts we recognize not every team member will fulfill the requirements for those new projects. No work Ethics join in Karsun Solution

Pros

The partners talk always smily face.

Cons

Some of the Managers in the middle management are providing wrong informations to their upper management and the worst thing the upper management is just blindly support them. The managers are incompetent to do their technical jobs and give lot of pressure to their team. They support to their personal favorite people who doesn’t even know BASIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE to do their jobs and surviving without doing their own jobs and blaming others. I challenge if those people are out of Karsun they won’t find any job in the competitive market and the HR and upper management are not paying any attention at all. Nothing to say more, I personally feel Karsun is not at all good place to work and I won’t recommend any of my friends.
