We’re sorry that your time here didn’t fully reflect that. In the past year, we’ve made several changes to strengthen these areas. We recently introduced Quarterly Touchpoints to ensure employees and managers have regular, structured opportunities for feedback and development conversations, rather than waiting for an annual review. We’ve also trained managers on the importance of clear communication and constructive feedback, and continue to reinforce the role they play in building trust and collaboration within their teams. Creating a positive employee experience truly matters to us, and we remain focused on listening, improving, and fostering an environment where every employee feels supported and able to succeed.
