Co-workers were great, some doctors are good to work with.

Cons

Upper management is poor. Achieved magnet status by hand picking the rn's to interview and fed us all the lines to say to interviewees. Poor pay , No OT after 8 hrs. If you speak your mind, you might lose your job. They always find a way to take more from you and give you less. Very political upper management. Never once in 7 years did any of them introduce themselves or say hi when walking through the halls. You are just a number here.

Compensation is decent. Schedule flexibility is not bad either/

Cons

disorganized. Management is not as great as they think they are. Lack of staffing causes a lot of work for floor nurses. Food in the cafeteria is terrible.
