Cons

lower salary compared with peer firms; loose coordination between procurement solution department with other management consulting departments (e.g. same job, different payment)

Pros

Salary is better competitive or better than peer firms Smart people who are not pretentious

Cons

Long hours with little opportunity for personal life Training is very poor and or non-existent No matter how its marketed, the work is largely operations, supply chain, and manufacturing Sales and strategy practices are limited, poorly staffed, with few frameworks Political environment matters more than merit and hard work Intellectual capital/ie databases etc. to support practice needs tremendous improvement
