Pros

Such a great place to work. To say this is a positive work environment is an understatement. Anyone who has worked here will tell you that. You just have to see for yourself. All departments run like well oiled machines. Whenever there’s a problem the company’s founders handle it with patience and care. Anyways, I can’t say enough good things about working here. You should definitely give it some consideration… lots of it.

Cons

None that I can say!!

Pros

It is a job. If you prefer being micromanaged, this job should be fine. This is the least I've ever been able to say about any position I've held.

Cons

- Low pay - Costly benefits - Excessive micromanagement. Constant oversight on even minor tasks, not just product or customer-impacting work, with pressure to follow their exact methods for no other reason than 'this is how I do it'. Don't expect any process improvements. - Limited career growth. Many employees remain stuck in the same role due to lack of openings - Concerning privacy intrusions. Recent increases in monitoring employees outside of work, despite no wrongdoing, conflicting with the company’s focus on privacy and security. Apparently privacy is only for paying customers.

Thank you for sharing your perspective as a current employee. We want to emphasize that Keeper does not monitor employees outside of work. Privacy is one of our core values, and we apply the same respect for privacy to our team as we do to our customers. We also strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations in our HR practices. We understand concerns about career growth and management styles, and we continue to invest in employee development and leadership training to provide a supportive and rewarding environment. While compensation and benefits can vary by role, we regularly benchmark against our industry to remain competitive and to ensure that our benefits package supports work-life balance and well-being.

We understand with a complicated Cybersecurity product such as ours, it can not always be the right fit for all sales professionals. Keeper's sales organization has very open and transparent sales metrics. All sales team members are aware of where they are falling in regards to our KPIs/Quotas, and actively coached when identified as being in danger of not being able to meet those metrics. Sometimes ultimately our product isn't always the right fit for some types of sales professionals, and we wish you the best in finding that perfect fit for your sales style and personal growth goals!
