Pros

This company cares a lot about cybersecurity and its customers. The team culture is great, and everyone, including the managers, is willing to help each other. Employees are otherwise given plenty of autonomy and resources to do the job well. There are also many things about the technology that make it very unique and successful against similar solutions, such as the features, security model, certifications, etc. Overall, this is a good place to work while the company is growing rapidly.

Cons

Because of the rapid company growth, this is a fast-paced environment with changes constantly happening as the business evolves, for the better. In turn, a lot is expected from employees, and it may be easy to fall behind. Staff are expected to keep up and maintain a higher standard than normal in the industry. Some resources, like the CRM or other sales tools and processes, could also be improved and better tailored to the employees' day-to-day work. There also needs to be a 401(k) match plan, since this is a standard benefit in current times.

Pros

Keeper has been a life changing career opportunity for myself ranging from work/life balance to earnings. Extremely thankful for our VP of AM who gave me the opportunity to prove myself and develop under him. I was able to quickly learn and adapt to the product and find early success, something anyone can do in this position. The key is applying yourself to the job, learning the product and listening/collaborating to the outstanding leadership you have around you. Its really that simple. The leaders have all been amazing mentors, teaching well past the normal day to day and developing their reps. Any advice you need, personal or job related, they are there to help. Leadership aside, Keeper has the best product in the industry and it sells itself. Not to mention its constantly evolving for the better and moved into the PAM space which provided even more selling opportunities. Leads are constantly coming in and we have an influx of quality clients onboarded every day to work with and grow. Our commission rate is well above the average rates and provides plenty of monetary motivation. For a remote company, we have a great culture and continue to collaborate well. There is open access to the C-level, something you rarely find at a company. We team sell and you will find yourself on calls with any resource you need from engineers to the CEO/CTO/CRO. They care for their employees and want to celebrate success with you. Do not miss out on an opportunity to advance yourself with Keeper and create a new career path. Put the work in and you will find success.

Cons

Benefits are not bad at all but there could be a few additions such as 401k match, gym reimbursement etc.
