Pros

Here is what you need to know about working in Sales at Keeper: 1. Highest commission rate I've ever seen 2. Enough inbound leads to exceed your quota month over month 3. Strong product that makes selling it fun and painless (if you take the time to learn it) 4. Supportive leadership, the whole way up to our CRO and CEO 5. Great culture.. From the moment I started working here I've enjoyed getting to know my colleagues at Keeper, we've brought together a great group of people. 6. Career progression - I've seen countless promotions in my time here, every year more people receive promotions. If you want to make good money and have fun doing it, join Keeper. Don't let the negative reviews of the people that didn't succeed ruin it for you.

Cons

I would like to see benefits improved. You're offered a lot of autonomy and that can be the demise of some people. You need to be self motivated to succeed here, especially in a remote environment.

Pros

Leadership teams genuinely care about their teams. Questions are encouraged. Compensation is incredible IF you're prepared to work very hard. PTO is generous, benefits are good. There is no out bounding unless you want to prospect. There is room for career development and leadership is always open to new ideas around roles and responsibilities. Executive leadership is open and available for calls and meetings anytime. At the end of the day, they're working very hard to make this company successful and it's working. Hybrid culture is fully embraced and encouraged.

Cons

If you're used to a very large corporation and things moving very slowly, this isn't for you. Tech changes daily and keeping up with changes and being able to spin up sales is a full time job. The product is the best though, so the actually SALE is not hard. The only major con is Keeper is growing so fast that it can be difficult to keep up.

Pros

Everyone I have worked with has the same mindset on being successful, and making the company and its products successful. There are a lot of interesting and fun projects to work on, and the company's goal of being a leader in its space is clear and attainable. Working at the company and with everyone I had the pleasure of working with so far has been a positive and rewarding experience.

Cons

Offered Product functionality can be complex and may cause occasional & constant context switches (depending on your role)
