Good Employees Get Fired Weekly

Pros

While my direct team is wonderful, the top-down decisions create an atmosphere of fear for everyone.

Cons

If you’re skilled or experienced, this company treats you as disposable. Long-term employment is unlikely, so I wouldn’t recommend it as a career choice. Many skilled employees ended up leaving or were fired due to the toxic environment. New hires and firings happen almost every week. No matter how good your ideas or suggestions are, if you don’t follow top-down orders, you’ll quickly face hostility, fear, and a higher risk of being fired. To survive here, you need to do just enough—show loyalty and effort, but don’t over-contribute. Otherwise, you’ll burn out and end up discarded. Even PTO is mostly meaningless. Projects and tasks interfere 24/7, and taking time off usually means coming back to double or triple the workload. Benefits like PTO and health insurance are minimal compared to industry standards. Many 1-star reviews reflect the real experiences of colleagues who have been silenced or pushed out. If you’re considering working here, proceed with extreme caution.

Keeper Security Response

Keeper is proud of the supportive environment we provide, and we respectfully disagree with the characterization in this review. Our employment decisions are only made for legitimate business reasons, such as performance and adherence to company policies. Keeper is proud to offer health and PTO benefits that are above industry standards for a company of our size, and we strongly encourage employees to utilize their PTO fully to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We remain committed to fostering a positive, supportive environment where our team can thrive.

Poor leadership - sketchy reviews

Pros

Competitive salary and nice perks but not much else.

Cons

The biggest issue with this place is top-down leadership. The CEO considers himself an expert on every aspect related to his business which can cause conflict with those who are actual experts. Not to mention regularly yelling at employees is not a good look. Incredibly high turnover is a big problem as well. I would also be skeptical of the positive reviews left on here. Any time a negative review comes in it looks like a flood of positive ones come in shortly after to offset and push down the negative ones. Three 5-star reviews left on the same day a few days after a negative review is silly.
