Pros

+ Kelvin has been a great place for me because people are supportive, smart, and kind. I have worked for so many startups where people were more focused on their egos and someone being right and wrong versus working as a team and focusing on doing the right thing together. + 401k match and annual bonus is awesome. + We're in it together and leadership really cares about taking feedback and changing things. Kelvin is a great place for people who enjoy freedom and building things from scratch. I feel like my work is deeply valued everyday and that means a lot.

Cons

- This company is very much a startup and definitely has its moments of frustration with lack of process and communication at times. - When everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. The co. could be better with prioritizing big goals and projects - this a classic issue with startups.

Pros

Kelvin has really begun to mature into a vibrant company with good people and an exciting product. Alot of things are really falling into place at this company, and the platform is very strong.

It took awhile to get to this point.
