Pros

-it’s a job , a lot of over time!

Cons

Not worth it, low pay, high stress, changing adults diapers! Did I mention LOW PAY! High expectations, loads of demands, administering medicine, feeding, low pay! If you’re in need of a job they’ll hire you, but in order to actually see a good pay check, you have to work over over over time and still won’t add up to the amount of work you do

Thank you for your feedback. At KenCrest, staff are an essential workforce in our mission to serve others. As a non-profit, our hourly wage is determined by government funding. To help balance this we offer a generous benefits and paid-time off package for our employees. KenCrest also offers other benefits such as staff referral bonus program, a matching retirement program, tuition reimbursement, PTO cash-out options, and more. Also, in our constant effort to continue to grow as an organization, one of the most recent changes is a focus on more of a leader-leader culture style. This means teaching everyone the best tools on how to communicate with each other, handle tough situations, and navigate their jobs with confidence. While change can appear slow at times, we know that we are moving in the right direction.
