One of the most recent changes is a focus on more of a leader-leader culture style that includes in-depth trainings with emphasis on readiness of management level employees to lead. This means teaching everyone the best tools on how to communicate with each other, handle tough situations, and navigate their jobs with confidence. To help balance this we offer a generous benefits and paid-time off package for our employees. KenCrest also offers other benefits such as staff referral bonus program, a matching retirement program, tuition reimbursement, PTO cash-out options, and more.
