Let's start with the compensation: Kenmore has a reputation for NOT compensating as deserved. That was brought to my attention my 1st week of employment and proved to be accurate. Secondly, nepotism runs throughout the veins of this organization. Certain individuals clearly are favored by upper management - therefore if you can get into that 'circle' you will be fine and well taken care of. Otherwise prepare to be deceived with promises of growth and/or financial compensation you will only receive in small doses at a time.
The falsely claimed family-culture is simply fog.
