Pros
In my opinion it used to be good before a customer service representative went to a director level, jumped around much more qualified CSR staff and then jumped to COO in a matter of months with no formal education or training to be qualified for the title or responsibilities in my opinion. This was the beginning of the end of all pros at this company in my opinion. Not a single employee in the csr department role is with Kenmore after this person jumped past everyone. All have 2 years or less now since everyone has left. This was the major factor to most all that left, go find them and ask them.
Cons
In my opinion, you could go work for a company that has no morals at the top of the org chart. You could work for a company thats all about social image and not their dedicated long term employees. Ethics example in my opinion, they continue to highly promote face sheild making like we saved the world, let me tell you, we have sold only but a few face sheilds, the Temps they hired to make them only worked about 6 weeks and we haven't made sheilds since. We have had limited customers buying the poorly manufactured stapled sheilds and we have donated tons to try and deplete inventory with no success. We have tons of them in a warehouse, but go read social media, you would think our employees made them all, you would be lead to believe we are still making them, and all the pictures in social media were staged and propped to make it appear our employees made them. Go ahead, look for yourself, oh, and go buy one and see how you like it, you won't in my opinion. Point of this, its a fake image poorly ran organization in my opinion. You either fall in line and keep your mouth shut no matter what you see or hear about ethics, or take your talent elsewhere. Everything in this review is my opinion from working here and/or factual and can be backed with proof.
