      Somewhat decent pay, always have hours, 3 day weekends

      Cons

      If on nights,, no family life. 2,2,3 - 12 hour shifts. Supervisors show too much favoritism.

      I've seen Kenmore evolve over the years into the amazing company it is today. There's no shortage of challenges in any manufacturing plant but the leaders do their best to keep the place busy and environment fun and rewarding. Tons of state of the art new equipment and plenty of opportunities everywhere. You get out what you put in.
