Pros

Good moral and spiritual atmosphere. Enjoyed being able to feel safe. Enjoyed praying over the day.

Cons

Layoffs are a given, no matter how long you have been there. They do not need a reason to let you go, they just let you go.

Pros

Pretty good benefit package, Christian environment, Restaurant and Gym on site as well as day care. Team Updates and Staff Chapels.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement, pay could be better, lay-offs are regular in some departments, communication is lacking, the food in the restaurant is over-priced and not that great, but at least there is a place to eat!

Pros

Flexible schedule, Can make decisions without having to run to Manager, No high stress projects.

Cons

Manager is yes Man even if we don't have the information needed to do a project. Too many unfinished projects because of being pulled to another project by the Manager.
