Ok pay, nice immediate teams

Cons

NO job growth. Pressure to move. Toxic leadership. CEO sounds like he reads from a script rather than from himself. Benefits cost raised, some benefits cut. Somehow we're so flexible yet somehow people are still pressured to come in/or just laid off.

The people that work there are great Generally good resources to do your job and science

Cons

There are significant layoffs occurring and majority of US jobs will be expected to report to Summit NJ in the coming years. I expect decrease in current employee salaries and more layoffs for sure. Incoming new employees will likely be a bit “safer” if they are aware and able to work in summit NJ. They just announced the closing of Ft Washington site , Skillman site and the CA site.

- Strong trusted brands - Very smart & talented people

Cons

- Since Kenvue split from J&J they have been cutting down on number or personnel but increasing the workload across the board - Employees are not valued so morale and motivation is very low - Constant reorganizations and restructuring - Top down decision making from leadership that is not transparent on what they are doing - Employee's that are not in the leadership team are not valued anymore - They are closing all locations besides headquarters, eliminating all remote and hybrid work, and laying off large numbers of people
