The KLT creates the most chaos with their out of touch decision making. Professional levels take the brunt of pay cuts and layoffs. Not a place to be recognized for high performance.

Leadership closing facilities and not offering relocation to employees. Jobs have been cut. There is an overall negative attitude throughout the entire company. Workers are no longer motivated to perform.
