Fun team and a great environment to work in. Free lunch and you get to play with drones.

Cons

No foosball table. Few company outings or events.

Great people, great business

Pros

Very smart and fun people. Everyone takes responsibility for their successes and failures and emphasis is placed on fixing issues, not assigning blame. Everyone is passionate about delivering the best product and service to customers. Quality and safety are genuinely the priority during decision making. Social events happen quite frequently. Sometimes small like semi-weekly happy hours or larger events like weekday or weekend trips. Also, unlimited PTO that people actually use. Catered lunches and an outdoor eating area make lunch relaxing and inevitable there are in some interesting conversations.

Cons

Roles, responsibilities, and processes are still very much in flux so you may end up with some extra work that you didn't expect to do. But it also allows for personal learning and growth opportunities. Work-life balance is a little tilted towards work but only because people enjoy what they are doing and choose to spend extra time on it.

- Intelligent and friendly coworkers - Solid business case and very focused product offering - Employees are given wide ranging responsibilities and are trusted to deliver - Transparent top-level management with monthly competitive strategy updates - Unlimited vacation policy (that people actually take advantage of) - Free lunch and snacks every day - Semi-weekly happy hours - Fun company-wide events at least once per quarter. Recent events include: a day trip to a winery with a private tour and 5-course meal with wine pairings; a mini carnival with games, cotton candy, face painting, and a petting zoo; and a private dinner at Foreign Cinema in SF

Cons

- Classic SV diversity issues (recently added management is diligently working to correct this) - Early employee inner circle sometimes excludes others from strategic decision-making process - Early employees promoted to key management roles sometimes struggle with people management skills - High level positions are starting to fill out, so advancement is becoming more challenging
