Pros

-Supportive team across the board. -Extremely smart people doing amazing things -- no egos. -Fast environment that provides various growth opportunities within and outside of job roles.

Cons

-We are building a company, and that takes work (long hours, as with any young company) -Newer employees may find the ramp overwhelming.

Pros

Contribute where you want and where you need. Great work culture where everyone is given the trust to execute on what needs to be done and given the flexibility to drive conversations in what they think should be next. Good transparency on what's happening on all levels of the company. If you want to learn how to grow and run a business yourself you'll get a lot out of Kespry.

Cons

Everyone is extremely smart in the EQ department, but sometimes there is an unwillingness to empathize that leads to decreased team cohesion. We also lack gender diversity on the engineering side.

Amazing team working on a great product

Pros

This is by far the smartest and most driven group of people I have ever worked with, but they still know how to have fun while making things happen. The drone industry is growing fast and Kespry is poised to ride that wave as far as it will take us. The daily catered lunches, free snacks, and frequent planned (and unplanned) happy hours don't hurt either!

Cons

No gym or shower, which makes it tough to bike to work or fit in a workout.
