everyone is good at what they do, lots of different engineering disciplines, not much bureaucracy, good leadership

Sense of community and culture is unlike any other company where I've worked. Collaborative and open. People genuinely like each other and want each other to succeed.

Pros

Kespry is an awesome place to work because of the world-class team and incredible product. The brain-power at Kespry is astounding, and everyone is really invested in the company's success. People are passionate about the work they are doing here which makes it an energizing place to work. Being a smaller company it is also pretty close knit - frequent happy hours, social events, and a dog-friendly office lend to work-life balance. The addition of seasoned leaders to the team has had a positive impact on the whole, and it feels like the company is simultaneously leveling up and accelerating.

Cons

The lack of diversity is becoming a serious concern, there seems to be a lot of lip-service but very little action. As the company grows, more process and structure is necessary but it seems to come at the cost of individual ownership and trust.

Diversity hiring continues to be a focus of the recruiting team. We are actively looking at ways to bringing additional diversity to Kespry, as we roll out new programs (Campus Recruiting, Veteran Recruiting, and etc..).
