The Marriott discount is the only pro to working for Kessler.

Cons

The leadership is awful especially in the Corporate office. The corporate office is full of superficial people. The benefits are awful and extremely expensive. As an employee you aren't even eligible to contribute to retirement until you hit the one year mark which very few employees ever do. The turnover rate is astonishing. If you are interviewing ask that question.

You will get all your hours.

Cons

Working for a corporate kitchen is a pain because your not allowed to be creative. You have to stick strictly to the book. Chefs need to be able to put their own love on recipes they produce.
