Other companies are not expanding with the drive the Kessler Collection has yet still manages to keep hold of that unique bohemian culture. Grand Performers love to work here. Casa Monica has a family feel from the senior leaders to all of us. If you ask for opportunities then you can get them and get ready for future promotions. Those that leave so soon after starting may not be ready for a luxury hotel career. Task force sounds a great stepping stone to stretching your job knowledge.

Cons

Keep on growing but ensure the love is spread to all properties. There are some experienced people who could share their ideas if someone would listen.

Lots of Potential Growth Opportunities - 4 new hotels opening up in the next few years. Competitive Pay and great discounts at hotels all over the world! Managers really want to see their employees succeed and are working on the floor to help make sure everything runs smoothly! Has a great program called "Kessler Cares" that financially assists their employees who have suffered from to natural disaster, medical emergency, or family tragedy. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly! Healthy work environment!

Cons

Health Benefits could be better Strict guidelines for appearances - a bit old fashioned expectations, but understand it is to make sure all staff are looking polished and professional in front of the guests
