The best is the hotel discounts. This for Marriott hotels. We also get tickets-at-work and this includes car rentals, concerts, and parks.

Cons

Everywhere you work you'll find problems with management or understaffed.

Beautiful hotels! Small company allows for great growth opportunities! New properties coming soon building the portfolio! The opportunity to actually know and work closely with corporate team!

Cons

Work life balance but that is the hospitality industry no matter the hotel!

Kessler is a growing company that has planted its roots in a thriving city here in Savannah GA. The opportunity for an individual to learn and move forward is here at Kessler.

Cons

The downside of working at Kessler is the pay. I do believe the pay could be better for every position.
