Pros

- stays busy year round, with a few slow weekssxarteees throughout the year. - opportunities for advancement. - there are a lot of people who go out of their way to please the guests, do their job correctly and strive at teamwork.

Cons

- the other small portion of the staff do the bare minimum. They talk a good game but they do not have the proof to back the statements up. - communication could be better all around.

Pros

Beautiful artwork, buildings, and locations

Cons

Just about everything. When you get hired (which takes forever) they make everything sound great and talk a really good game. In the end though they do not deliver at all. One of the biggest disappointments was how under staffed the hotel is. The staffing levels are bare minimum so loosing just one person puts a lot of additional stress on the rest of the staff. The other complaint is that the company brags about their compensation package (vacation, health insurance, and pay) yet none are actually competitive with the exception of vacation. but more on that in a second. The health benefits are so expensive, and the coverage is not good, that you are better off paying out of pocket. Pay is not great either, especially when you consider that they want "luxury" service and only hire "the best of the best" but are paying the same as nearby limited service hotels, if not less. I will say that the vacation they offer is good. However, with being so understaffed it is nearly impossible to use any of it. When I left the company I lost a ton of vacation hours because I was never able to use them.
