I love my job! Some of these negative reviews are clearly disgruntled ex employees or if they are still employed, they are probably part of the problem! What a shame. No job I’ve ever had was perfect. This is a great place to work, they pay me on time, they treat me with respect and I do think the managers care. The people, including the corporate people are nice and approachable. Don’t believe the drama! If you are smart, can get to work on time, and not afraid of doing a good job, then you will like it here.

Cons

Benefits are expensive. It’s hard to afford the benefits package if you have kids especially since you have to pay up front. I wish that would improve.

They treat non-manager employees very well, they offer paid time off.

Cons

You don't want to move up in the company; they do *not* treat their managers well. It is night and day, how they treat regular employees vs. managers. I've watched good managers lose heart after a couple of months, and then they leave.
