Pros

Good Location. Close to public transportation.

Cons

Huge corporate office micromanages every tiny detail at our hotel. But they make no business sense and are the whims of the COO who has little operational experience and creates a bubble of fear for those around her. Corporate HR demeans employees who are treated with no respect and they are not truthful. A few of the reviews here were written by them. They love doing surprise inspections to show you how bad you are. The have no trust in anyone.

The hotels are amazing You build great relationships with the people you work with Sr leadership is very approachable and not excluded from staff Company is heavily involved in the community

Cons

Benefits are expensive and do not offer great coverage There were a lot of system outages No respect for work/life balance
