Corporate structure. Micro management. Intimidation. Lack of support. Agenda driven. Terrible turnover at all levels. Reputation in industry traveling fast.

Cons

Frequent changes in management and time consuming efforts to cope with management. Low salaries compared to the market. Work load can be very overwhelming.
