Pros

Beautiful hotels. Inspiring atmosphere to work in. A lot of the company's focus is on art. A lot of really cool pieces around the property and if any employee in any department sells a piece to a guest, the employee gets a commission.... That's really cool! There was a great orientation that made it seem like the company's head is in the right place.... Unfortunately there was very little follow-through after orientation day to keep the ideas in action.

Cons

I worked in the restaurant, and as far as the particular hotel I worked in, the management was severely unorganized. They were also angry, stressed, and nearly panicked almost all the time. I only worked there 1 winter and nearly all the management and staff turned over. It is also hard to work with corporate to get much needed things like new signage.... The restaurant was tucked away and therefore proper signage would have been a HUGE help... Corporate did not allow this to happen or even seem to have an interest in fixing the problem. In a resort village at peak season... Occupancy should NOT have been an issue.

Pros

Opportunities for advancement, young and growing company, high standards. Beautiful properties, and artfully inspired environments. If you like a challenge, this company will give it to you!

Cons

Kessler still a young company, while that has its benefits it also means that their still figuring some thing out. I would love to see Kessler roll out long term training programs for individuals looking for professional growth.

Pros

Beautiful location, always busy. Great co-workers when they're in the mood. Good benefits and decent pay compared to most resorts in Orlando.

Cons

This is a very stressful environment and working food and beverage can be stressful as is. They have employees that have been there for a very long time and they make good money and when things don't go there way you'll hear them complaining. Also the management in this place is a joke, kiss their butts and you'll be the favorite employee. They do not live up to the Kessler cares standards one bit. Even the one employee who makes money will agree with everything I have stated, so extremely disappointing.
